EmpireChildren mod's loli's aren't set to essential, but since I only wanted one, and to have it look particular, I edited the mod to make her essential and so that it only summons the one. CotW just released a new loli mod that is quite comprehensive and adds a lot of new outfits, but no real companion stuff in it.

Children of the Wastelands is on Nexus, should be easy to find. They actually use the same URL that they used for the old "Enhanced Children" mod. Go through the process of installing that and it's prerequisites first/suggested mods first. Once that's installed, do a google search for "Teikoku" and look for a link to loda.jp. That'll have the newest version of "Empire Children" which is the loli nude patch and follower mod. Though teikoku may be a different mesh than what CotW uses, I could release a few of the CotW files modified to be a nude patch if I wasn't lazy/there was demand.

One of the ESM files in Teikoku is for a mod called Sexus, which allows, well, sex, and theoretically sex with the lolis from Empire Children. However, it crashes me any time I try to use it. Though as a side note, I don't have the latest OhFFICIAL patch. I went with the Nexus recommended official patch instead. That may or may not have anything to do with it.

If you decide you don't like the behavior of the Empire Children mods (which would be understandable) you could instead get "Sharing and Caring companions" mod which lets you make almost any NPC you can talk to into a follower, though I can't seem to get the "Command Key" thing to work.

also there's a mod for driveable motorcycles, which are incredibly helpful. The last update added damage if you ram something I think

I attempted CotW + teikoku, but I just got the regular CotW body with some weird black outlines where the usual underwear would be. Anybody just feel like uploading a working combination of all these mods?

Teikoku for FO3 Should have it's own bodies I think? Either way, sounds like you need to toggle archive invalidation. Might also want to get EroCUTE anyway.
